Last updated: [add date]
This Privacy Policy explains what information US Trust Moving & Storage (“US Trust,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use this website or request our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us. When you request a quote or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, pickup and destination ZIP codes, preferred move date and move size. If you book a move, we also collect the addresses, inventory details and payment information needed to perform it.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and hosting provider may record your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, measure traffic and understand how visitors found us.
By submitting a quote request, you ask us to contact you about that request at the phone number and email address you provide. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You can opt out of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in any email, and out of text messages by replying STOP. You can also call (877) 335-6325 and ask us to stop contacting you.
We share personal information only as needed to run our business:
[Review before publishing: if you share or sell quote requests to other moving companies, lead networks or advertising partners, describe that here. If you do not, state plainly that you do not sell personal information.]
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as intended without them. [List the analytics or advertising tools you install, such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel, once they are added to the site.]
We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and regulatory record-keeping requirements, and then delete or anonymize them.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us to stop contacting you. Residents of some states, including California, have additional rights under state law, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. See Do Not Sell My Information. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
