How to cancel or reschedule your move, and what happens to your deposit.

To cancel a booked move, contact your move coordinator by phone at (877) 335-6325 or by email at info@ustrustmoving.com. Please include your name, your move date and your order number. Your cancellation takes effect when we confirm it to you in writing.
You may cancel at no charge, and receive a full refund of any deposit, if you cancel at least [number] business days before your scheduled pickup date, or within [number] hours of booking.
If you cancel less than [number] business days before your scheduled pickup date, a cancellation fee of [amount or percentage] may apply to cover crew and truck time reserved for your move. Any remaining deposit is refunded.
Plans change, and we will do our best to move your date. Let us know as early as you can. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and a new date may change your price, especially during the summer season. A rescheduling request made less than [number] business days before pickup may be treated as a late cancellation.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within [number] business days of the confirmed cancellation.
If we are unable to perform your move on the agreed dates, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange new dates. If the new dates do not work for you, you may cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit.
Once your shipment has been loaded, the move cannot be cancelled. Charges for services already performed, transportation, storage and redelivery apply as stated in your bill of lading.
